Ownership
If you own the assets, you own the data. Asset owners hold their portfolio's record in their own tenancy, and O&M providers and contractors work inside it. When a maintenance contract changes hands, the history does not walk out of the door with the outgoing provider.
Separation and access
- Tenant isolation. Every record carries its organisation, and every read and write is filtered by it on the server.
- Role and page permissions. Access is granted per role and per page from one catalogue, so what somebody can open is a deliberate decision rather than an accident of a menu.
- Site scoping. Users who should only see certain sites are limited at the query, not by hiding a link.
- Authority separation. Safety authorities, such as who may issue an electrical isolation permit, are held separately from ordinary roles and cannot be self-granted.
Rules enforced where they cannot be bypassed
Controls that matter are enforced on the server rather than in the browser. A work order cannot be completed past an open permit, and permission-controlling tables are write-guarded, so a stale tab or a crafted request cannot do what the interface would not allow.
Audit trail
Work orders, permits, stock movements and status changes record who did what and when. That trail is not a feature you switch on; it is a by-product of how the records are written, which is what makes it usable as evidence.

Can we export our data if we leave?
Yes. Your records are exportable, and the asset owner retains the operating history.
Can contractors see other contractors’ work?
No. Contractor accounts are scoped to the sites and tasks assigned to them.
