A battery site is not a flat list of equipment. Containers, racks, modules, inverters, transformers and auxiliary systems sit in a hierarchy, with serial numbers, warranty dates and full maintenance history at every level, so a fault can be traced to the component and the component to its warranty.

Can we track warranty dates per component?

Yes. Warranty start and end dates are held against assets in the registry, down to serialised components, with alerts as dates approach.

Does it handle multiple OEMs on one portfolio?

Yes. Maintenance plans and forms are defined per asset type and manufacturer, so different OEM regimes coexist.

Is it suitable for a site still in commissioning?

Yes. Commissioning defects and punch lists are tracked as work with the same evidence trail as operational maintenance.
