One record, four points of view
The reason O&M data ends up in three systems is that three organisations need different views of it. ClearDeskPro solves that with permissions rather than with copies.
| Who | What they see |
|---|---|
| Asset owner / IPP | Portfolio health, SLA performance, compliance status and cost across every site, whoever delivers the O&M. |
| O&M provider | The full working system: work orders, scheduling, dispatch, parts, permits and field capture. |
| Contractor | Only the tasks assigned to them, the site documents they need and their own sign-off. Nothing else. |
| Monitoring partner | Alarm and performance context flowing into the same maintenance workflow instead of an unrelated inbox. |
Because everyone works in one record rather than exchanging exports, the owner's report and the technician's job sheet cannot disagree.
Built for the field, not the office
Most of the work happens where the signal does not. Forms are completed on a phone or tablet, keep working offline and sync when the technician gets back into coverage. Photos, meter readings, serial numbers, parts used and signatures are captured against the job as it is done, not typed up afterwards.
That matters commercially as much as operationally: the evidence pack for a warranty claim or an SLA dispute is assembled from what the technician recorded at the asset, with timestamps, rather than reconstructed weeks later.
Common questions
Do we have to use every module?
No. Teams commonly start with work orders and preventive maintenance, then add permits, parts and lone worker monitoring as they go. The modules share one asset registry, so adding one later does not mean re-entering data.
Can contractors be given access without seeing everything?
Yes. Access is granted per role and per page, and contractor accounts are scoped to the sites and tasks assigned to them.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The field forms are designed for sites with no signal. Work is captured on the device and synced when a connection returns.
